Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands follows a standard two-day rule. Please allow additional time for delivery in remote UK areas.
Next Day Delivery is not available in these locations.
We occasionally run free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.
We currently do not offer delivery to British Forces Post Office addresses, but we hope to introduce this service in the near future.
Packaging Information
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Pantara has introduced eco-friendly packaging for online orders. Our boxes and envelopes are made with at least 50% recycled materials, are fully recyclable, and reusable for returns. They are self-sealing and crafted from high-quality paper and cardboard, featuring messaging about our sustainability values and Wax For Life initiative in Pantara's signature branding.
Oversized items, such as dog beds, are securely packaged in cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
Note: In some cases, your order may be split into multiple deliveries. If this happens, you will receive an email notification for each shipment. Our courier will also provide a one-hour delivery time slot for each part of your order.

Q. What payment methods can I use on Pantara?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards registered to a UK address, including:

Q. I’m having trouble placing an order on Pantara. What should I do?
A. If you've attempted to place an order and are unsure whether it was successful, please wait up to 20 minutes and check your email inbox for an order confirmation. If you do not receive one, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Q. The website looks odd on my device and it’s difficult to place an order. What’s wrong?
A. The Pantara website is best supported on the following browsers and devices:
- Microsoft Edge (latest versions)
- Firefox (latest and one version prior)
- Chrome (latest and one version prior)
- Safari (latest and one version prior for Mac OS and iOS)
- Mobile browsers for iOS (iPhone 4 or later, iOS 7+)
- Chrome for Android (Android 4 or later)
Note: "latest–1" means one major version earlier than the current release.
Q. How do I use a promotional code?
A. You can enter your promotional code in the “Promotional Code” box at the checkout basket before completing your purchase.
Q. Why are there different sale prices for different colours or sizes of the same item?
A. During sale periods, not all colour and size combinations are included in the promotion. Select both the colour and size to see the correct price reflected.
Q. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
A. Gift wrapping is not currently available on Pantara online orders.
Q. I’ve placed an order, but the size or colour is incorrect. Can I change it?
A. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. This includes modifying sizes, colours, or removing items, as orders are sent directly to our warehouse for processing. You may cancel and re-place the order, but this is not always guaranteed during peak periods.
Delivery & Tracking
Q. Which countries does Pantara ship to?
A. Pantara currently ships only within the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not offer international delivery, nor do we deliver to PO boxes, hotel addresses, or British Forces Post Office addresses.
Q. Do my delivery and billing addresses have to be the same when ordering products?
A. No, your delivery and billing addresses do not need to be the same, but both must be within the UK.
Q. Which courier is used for deliveries?
A. Our delivery partner is DPD.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you provided your email address and/or mobile number, DPD will send you updates with delivery details and a time slot so you know when to expect your order.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. DPD provides a trackable delivery service. You can monitor your order’s progress and choose delivery options like leaving it with a neighbour, in a safe place, or changing the delivery date.
Q. How can I check when my order will be delivered?
A. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or in your account on the Pantara website. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 calendar days.
Q. Can I collect my order in-store?
A. Yes, Pantara offers a collect-in-store service at selected Pantara locations. You may also choose to collect your order from a nearby DPD pickup point. Delivery and collection details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

Q. I don’t seem to be able to locate the care labels on my newly purchased jacket. Where are they?
A. Care labels are usually located inside the pockets of most coats and jackets.
Q. Can I wash my Wax Cotton Jacket in the washing machine?
A. No. We recommend sponge cleaning only. If you’re unsure, please check the internal care label for specific instructions.
Q. Which hood will fit my Wax Cotton Jacket?
A. Most of our hoods are compatible with pre-studded Pantara wax jackets. For specific compatibility, please contact our Customer Service team for guidance.
Q. I cannot find a hood to match the lining of my Wax Cotton Jacket.
A. Due to the variety of limited edition prints, it's not always possible to offer matching hoods. We recommend choosing a hood from our available range that closely matches your jacket.
Q. Which zip-in liner will fit into my Wax Cotton Jacket?
A. Zip-in liners are compatible with many classic Pantara waxed styles. For the best fit, please refer to product descriptions or consult our Customer Service team.
Q. How do I wash a Waterproof Breathable Jacket?
A. Always follow the washing instructions inside your garment. In general, most Pantara waterproof breathable outerwear can be machine or hand-washed at 30°C using a non-detergent soap. Do not use fabric softeners, as they may compromise the water-repellent coating.
Q. Can I dry clean my Waxed Cotton Jacket?
A. No. Dry cleaning may permanently damage or strip the waterproof coating from waxed cotton garments. We recommend sponge cleaning only.
Q. How should I store my Pantara Waxed Jacket?
A. Store your waxed jacket hanging in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Avoid folding it for long periods to preserve its condition.
Q. I’ve lost the belt on my jacket. Can I get a replacement?
A. While we do not hold stock of specific replacement parts, we may be able to offer a generic replacement belt for a small fee. Please contact Customer Service to check availability.
Q. I believe the watch I purchased from Pantara has a fault. What should I do?
A. If your watch was purchased through Pantara, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance regarding repair or replacement under our guarantee policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. How can I return an order purchased from Pantara?
A. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section on our website for a step-by-step guide to returning a product.
Q. Can I return a Pantara item to customer services if I purchased it from another retailer?
A. No, items purchased from another retailer must be returned directly to that retailer. Pantara can only accept returns for items sold directly through our own website. Please contact the original store and ensure you have a valid receipt.
Q. I have purchased an item online. Can I return it to a Pantara store?
A. Yes, items purchased online can be returned to any of our full-price Pantara stores. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt with you.
Q. Can I exchange a product purchased on Pantara?
A. We are currently unable to process direct exchanges. Please return your item following our returns process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Q. I have received a faulty item. What should I do?
A. All Pantara products are made to high-quality standards, so receiving a faulty item is rare. If this does happen, please return the item as soon as possible using our returns process. Be sure to indicate that the item is faulty and explain the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a full refund.
Q. How do I know if my returned items have been received?
A. Returns and refunds are typically processed within 14 days from the date we receive your returned parcel. If you haven’t received your refund within that timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
