1. Where does Pantara ship from?
Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our U.S. partner warehouse.
This allows us to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the United States.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, please allow 3-10 business days for your goods to be delivered.
Delivery timelines vary based on the selected shipping method:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Full tracking details are sent via email and SMS once your order ships.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, PANTARA ships within the United States only.
4. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS.
You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.
To start a return, email us at support@pantara.store with your order number and item details.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return-shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
- If the item is defective or incorrect: Pantara covers the return cost.
- For all other returns: A small return fee may apply.
Orders returned that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., missing tags, worn condition, or returned outside the 30-day shipment window) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your final refund.
We will confirm the exact cost during your return request.
