Payment Policy & Billing Terms

This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, billing procedures, and security measures for transactions conducted on the Pantara™ website (pantara.store). This policy is designed to ensure a transparent and secure checkout experience, meeting Google Merchant Center standards.

1. Currency and Pricing

  • Accepted Currency: All prices displayed on the Site and charged at checkout are in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Pricing Accuracy: We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, Pantara™ reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Billing and Authorization

  • Time of Charge: Your account will be charged for the full cost of your order, including item price and applicable shipping/taxes, immediately upon placing the order and completing the checkout process.

  • Authorization Holds: Depending on your bank's policy, a pending authorization hold may appear on your account until the transaction is fully processed. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us immediately.

  • Pre-Orders: If your order includes pre-order items, you will be charged for the entire order, including the pre-order item, at the time of checkout to reserve your product. (Currently pre-orders are not available)

 

4. Taxes and Additional Fees

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated based on applicable state and local laws and will be applied to all domestic (U.S.) orders. The final tax amount will be displayed before you confirm your purchase at checkout.

  • Transaction Fees: Pantara™ does not charge any separate transaction fees, service fees, or surcharges. The price displayed at checkout is the total price (item cost + shipping + tax).

We prioritize the security of your payment information:

  • SSL Protection: All sensitive personal and payment information, including credit card details, is collected securely on pages protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

  • Third-Party Processing: All payment transactions are processed through secure, industry-leading, third-party gateway providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store or retain full credit card numbers on our servers, ensuring your data remains protected.
