Shipping policy

Welcome to the Pantara Shipping Policy page. We are dedicated to ensuring your order is processed quickly and delivered efficiently. Please review the information below regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs within the United States.

1. General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Region: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with major national carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Business Days: Our standard operating days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling time is the period required to verify, prepare, and package your order before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Handling Time: 3 Business Days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday–Friday, will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

3. U.S. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Transit Times

Transit time is the estimated duration it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it leaves our facility. This time does not include the 3 day Handling Time.

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total time you should expect to receive your order is the sum of our Handling Time plus the chosen Transit Time.

Example: An order placed with Standard shipping on Monday morning (before 2:00 PM EST) is expected to arrive between Thursday and the following Monday.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with package movement details.

6. Shipping Restrictions and Notes

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using our Economy Flat Rate service. Standard Flat Rate service may require a physical street address.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pantara is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided on the order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
